Terms of Service

Website purpose

This website helps visitors learn about sliding door repair, contact PatioGlide, check service-area information, and request help. Website content is general information and is not a final repair diagnosis.

Calls, appointments, and third-party tools

PatioGlide may use its private operations system and third-party tools for calls, website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and business operations. A successful website submission sets the selected two-hour arrival window as the appointment. Phone and Voice Assist leads remain unscheduled until an exact time is agreed. The manager will contact a website customer only if an actual conflict or changed condition requires an adjustment.

Text messaging

If you opt in, PatioGlide may send customer-service texts about your repair request, service or pricing questions, estimates, appointments, repair details, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing service.

Optional internal text alerts for the business owner

The business owner may opt in to automated internal text alerts about new leads received through PatioGlide's business phone lines and website appointment requests, missed calls, and customer replies. These alerts are optional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. For support, contact support@patioglide.com.

For information about how we handle alert-related information, see our Privacy Policy . Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Emergency and safety

This website is not emergency dispatch and does not guarantee urgent response. If a broken door, glass, lock, pool barrier, or property condition creates an immediate safety risk, use the appropriate emergency, property-management, or safety contact first.

Service availability

Service is available within 24 hours. Exact appointment and completion times can still depend on the active market, technician schedule, parts, weather, property access, repair scope, and inspection.

If an actual conflict or changed condition affects a booked arrival window, the manager will contact the customer.

Estimates, warranty, and on-site decisions

Repairs are backed by a 12-month warranty on supplied standard parts and workmanship. The written estimate, invoice, service agreement, or warranty document records the covered repair and remains the final record.

Website text, phone conversations, photos, and online requests can help prepare for a visit, but they do not set a final price, repair scope, or completion time. Website information does not override any written estimate, invoice, service agreement, warranty document, or legally required notice.

Repair requests and customer information

You are responsible for submitting accurate information and only sending photos, notes, or contact details that you have the right to share. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for a sliding door repair request.

Third-party tools and links

PatioGlide may use third-party tools for scheduling, phone systems, analytics, maps, hosting, forms, and advertising measurement. The site may also link to third-party websites. PatioGlide LLC is not responsible for third-party websites or tools that it does not control.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to break security controls, scrape the site at abusive volume, send spam, submit false repair requests, interfere with tracking or routing systems, or use the site for unlawful activity.

No unsupported promises

The service-within-24-hours promise and 12-month repair warranty are the promises stated above. The website does not create additional promises about licenses, insurance, exact service territory, exact appointment time, repair outcome, or parts availability unless clearly confirmed in writing by the business or required by law.

Rights that cannot be waived

Nothing in these terms is meant to limit consumer rights, privacy rights, warranty rights, or other rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

PatioGlide may update these terms as the website, service area, providers, or business process changes. Questions can be sent through hello@patioglide.com.
